A Program For You and You Only
No two programs I create are the same. General programs are great, but you’ll reach a point where you need a personalized program for your goals. You can’t expect to do three sets of ten for the rest of your life and continue to progress right? A new, well-structured training program will force your body to adapt to a new stimulus. This means pushing through that plateau and seeing the results you want, whether it’s more muscle, greater fat loss, better endurance, sports performance, etc.
I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and personal trainer (NASM) with experience in bodybuilding, jiu jitsu, kickboxing, track and field, among other sports. Point is, I’m well-versed and have the credentials to give you what you want, whatever that ‘want’ may be!
What good is a program if you’re trying to decipher what the hell to do? All programs are laid out on easy to read tables, with a video accompanying each exercise if you’re not sure if you’re using proper form.
I’m not going to send a program and just disappear. You’ll have full access to me via email if you have any questions. Clients often consider this the best aspect of the program. If you’re unsure how or why we’re doing something, just ask! I want you to learn, not just blindly follow orders.
Why You Will See Results
A few reasons. One: following a program creates structure. You won’t be aimlessly walking around the gym hopping on whatever machine is available. You’ll have a well-formulated course of action. Two: you’ll have a plan that works based on your goals. Just tell me what you want and I’ll give it to you. There’s a strategy behind every fitness goal, whether it’s more strength, more muscle etc. I put a lot of thought into each program, you can rest assured knowing all you have to do is follow along.
